Time flies & Happiness In Exercise

So I haven´t had the time to post anything lately, atleast it has felt that way. I wake up and just feel like time is slipping away.

Anyway I wanted to update on my progress. Tomorrow I have worked out for 14 days in a row. I think for me that´s a record! I am so happy!! These exercises I am doing are really tough but oh how I love it! It just makes you feel so great afterwards! YAY!

Anyway just to let you know, I have worked out before just never have kept up with it like now, I keep starting things and then end up leaving it in the middle. I was finally just so fed up with it all so I decided to start this blog to help me along the way! ^_^ But I have already talked about that a little so on to some new things.

Like I said tomorrow marks my 14 Days in a row workout and I am so excited about that. It is interesting to see how much stronger I have become just after 14 days of working out. I mean, I am nowhere near my goal but I feel stronger and happier!

Fun Fact:

Exercise causes the brain to release Endorphins.
“Endorphins are neurotransmitters, or brain chemicals, released into the body after exercising. They primarily combat feelings of pain and stress. They also have other positive effects, such as improving the immune system, modulating the appetite, and creating a feeling of euphoria”. So thats another reason to exercise!!

So if you´re here just reading this for the first time I encourage you to join me on this journey to a better and happier life. Try out the exercise plan I wrote about in another post and tell me how you are doing? Or any smart exercise tips!!

Lets have Fun!
